In Tower of GOd there are equipments of all kinds that you can use to support you along your way and some that are required to fulfill your positions. Here we'll explain the basic things you need to know about the equipment you can have or make for you character.
Rules for Regulars
Can have up to 10 Equipment Items
These equipment items can be either Armor, Weapons or other things observers, lighthouses, inventories ect.
Every Regular upon being sorted into their position will receive an F rank item for that position free and everyone upon creating a character gets a free F rank weapon of their choice.
Ranks
All items have a rank between F rank and SS rank, the higher the rank the better materials it is made out of. Example being an F rank lighthouse is made with low purity suspendium so it requires shinsoo manipulation to make it stay afloat whereas a higher ranked lighthouse (C and up) is made with suspendium thats pure enough that it causes it to float with the need for shinsoo manipulation. All items get stronger as they rank up, weapons gaining increased power, aerodynamics, becoming sharper etc. and all equipment gaining increased defensive capabilities, greater range, greater effectiveness etc.
